Given the material surround this, however, it seems like something more than genetic engineering is or was going on. There are references which suggest that whatever they were working on would be sold as some kind of product. One possibility is that Alfa Tsentr designed some sort of fertility drug which caused any babies born to be...well...The Junsui.
